1. Returns Policy

1.1 Returns - a summary

We are very confident that our descriptions and photos are accurate and you will be delighted with your purchase from MySilver.co.uk

However, as further peace of mind, if you are unhappy with your goods you are entitled to return them and cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

To return the product you simply :-

• check you meet the return policy conditions (section 1.2 below)
• emails customer services (see contact page) to notify them of your intentions and obtain a “return reference number”
• send the item to the return address provided by customer services.

Refund :-

• once the item is received, our Quality Assurance department checks and approves the condition of the product in line with returns policy conditions. MySilver.co.uk will then refund the cost of the jewellery, excluding shipping costs.

1.2 Return Policy Conditions

We are very confident that our descriptions and photos are accurate and you will be delighted with your purchase from MySilver.co.uk

However, as further peace of mind, if you are unhappy with your goods you are entitled to return them and cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of delivery in accordance with the following conditions:-

• 1.2.1   Before sending the item back you should email customer services (see contact page) to notify them of your intentions and obtain a “return reference number”

• 1.2.2    You must contact customer services within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted.

• 1.2.3     Items must be returned to the address provided by customer services within a further     7 days (i.e. 21 days from receipt of original item)

• 1.2.4   When returning the item you must include a note indicating the reason for refund/exchange and the return reference number

• 1.2.5   For reasons of hygiene, we cannot provide a refund or replacement for earrings or items of body jewellery unless the return is a result of our error or if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty

• 1.2.6    When returning the item, for security reasons, you must not write any wording or terms that identifies the package as containing jewellery

• 1.2.7   The item must be returned in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received. Items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Damaged goods due to customers negligence will not be accepted. A personalised or engraved item will not be accepted for return

• 1.2.8   All goods returned are at the sender's expense. When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price. If you do not insure the package and keep a receipt of insurance you will be held responsible should any loss or damage occur. Proof of return posting is not proof of delivery and MySilver.co.uk will incur no liability for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit. A refund of shipping costs (outward or return) will only made if the goods supplied are shown to be faulty

• 1.2.9   Once the item is received, our Quality Assurance department checks and approves the condition of the product in line with returns policy conditions. MySilver.co.uk will then refund your money within 30 days

• 1.2.10    MySilver.co.uk will not be held liable for faults or consequences caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care or use of the goods

• 1.2.11   Any items not returned under this procedure will not be accepted and will remain the responsibility of the purchaser

2. Other terms and conditions

2.1 Acceptance of terms

By placing an order with MySilver.co.uk you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions as stated in this web site. The Seller’s failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

2.2 Measurements and weights

Our weights and measurements as outlined in the product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, minimal variations may occur due to measurement equipment tolerances.

2.3 Amber

Amber is a naturally occurring substance and so each piece will be unique. Whilst the same shade of amber is used on a single item of jewellery, colours may vary slightly due to differences in chemical composition.

2.4 Delivery and insurance

Customers selecting the relevant delivery option must accept that they carry varying levels of insurance and other benefits as detailed in our Delivery page.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

2.5 Remittance Terms

Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before despatch. Please ensure your credit card details are entered accurately and in full to expedite the processing of your order.

2.6 Payment

Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is due at the time of order. If any payment or part thereof is not received by the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month. Goods remain the property of MySilver.co.uk until fully paid for.

2.7 Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Given the steps taken to ensure a secure site, MySilver.co.uk is confdident that it has provided a secure site. However, MySilver.co.uk will not be held liable for any loss of information and consequences there off due to any failure of these precautions no matter how they are caused.

2.9 Complaints

We will attempt to deal with any complaint or issues you provide us with in a fair and confidential manner. In respect of Credit Card issues we may have to pass your complaint to your Bank.

The contracts from the sales of goods by MySilver.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.

Liability of MySilver.co.uk shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. MySilver.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells. Furthermore, MySilver.co.uk cannot accept liability for misuse of the packaging.
